WinFrog was run the entire expedition with no major issues. A few times it had to be restarted and loaded with a previously saved config file to clear communication issues with the bathy or maggie, so that data coming from those programs was properly displayed. When this occurred the water depth would only be displayed in WinFrog each time the value changed in Bathy2010, but would then jump back to 0.0 in WF immediately. After loading an old config this issue did not occur again. USB to RS-232 ports had to be reset once to clear communication issues with the magnetometer.
