Overview:
The FAMS rotation is supposed to be set-up such that the grade cannot be submitted without the EBVM portion of the grade being entered. In fact, it should not be available for me to submit without that portion.
Security Analysis/Requirements:
No security Risk but information would need to be recalled if a wrong grade is released.
Technical Notes:
The Rotation Management Clinical Grader goes through a series of steps as graders input their evaluations. The grade is calculated for the Rotation and is made up of multiple evaluations. A Rotation must have its requirements for number of evaluations met before a grade for the entire rotation can be issued.
Business/Administration/ Approval:
Could require a sprint to clean up / refactor the code to ensure grades are not released without notifying that the proper requirements are missing. Requirements changed after a grade is ready to be released do not currently recall the grades from their “ready to release“ status(submitted)
