Unable to Add Grader in Clinical Grader

Currently in order to add a user as a grader in the clinical grader they must meet the following criteria:

  • The user must be active.

  • The user must be assigned a department.

  • The user must have at least one of the following criteria:

    • User type of Faculty.

    • User has a role of Grader under Rotation Management.

    • User is already a grader in another timeslot.

Good morning -

We are currently unable to add Dr. Sydney Gibson as a grader in the clinical grader. She is marked as Faculty in her profile, but she does not appear as an option when trying to add her as a grader.

You can locate the endpoint at https://apps.cvm.tamu.edu/RotationManagement/Rotation/SearchGraders. Internally this endpoint uses the following view CVMSQLSVR.ProfessionalProgram.dbo.vieFacultyGrader.
