Adding New Externship Colleges/Universities

Every year students from from other Colleges join A&M Students in the VMTH hospital to complete their 4VM Rotations. The VMTH welcomes the students and incorporates them in the system during this time. To keep track of their rotations these students need to be associated with a Student Record in the MyCVM and Rotation Management systems. For this we need to keep track of the University they and their rotation is connected to.

To add a college to the Colleges List :

  1. Launch and login to the URL: https://apps.cvm.tamu.edu/RotationManagement/College

  2. Click the Add button

  1. Enter the College Name and Click Save:

Troubleshoot :

  1. In the case that the buttons show up shaded or greyed out

    1. Reach out to the supervisors or IT to ensure you have the proper user rules in the system to complete the process.
