All Reported Software Issues

Instructions/Rules:

  • Use the Report a New Issue button below, or the Report a Software Issue page to add a new issue.

  • Issues reported appear here and on Lab Notebook pages, which are filtered by Lab.  This page will serve as an archive of all software issues.

  • Once an issue has been resolved, change its Status to "Complete" and the issue will be moved to the "Completed Issues" section.  Technicians will have the option of  changing a status to "Verified and Closed" to remove the issue from the Notebook page.  All issues are archived in this page.

  • If you add notes after an issue is created, please include your name and the date.
