How to onboard a new user
Click the “New User“ button
Search by their UIN or Net ID:
If the user already exists it will look like this:
If the user isn’t in the system yet it look like this then click “Next“:
Fill out the user’s details if you want them to appear in the directory choose “Yes“ in the “Show In Directory“ dropdown and click “Next“:
Choose what email groups the user needs and click “Next“:
Choose what security groups the user needs and click “Next“:
Choose what Program Roles the user needs:
Choose what directory group the user needs, these are filtered by their department and click “Next“:
Make sure everything looks right on the summary page and click submit:
