How to offboard a user

  1. On the User List page https://apps.cvm.tamu.edu/usermanagement/Users/List?CanLogin=True search and click on the user card so that the card turns marron and the “Off Board User” button appears in the upper right-hand corner of the header bar:

  2. Make sure the correct checkboxes are checked and click “Off Board”:
