In order to better track bugs and software issues, issues should be reported using this form.

Instructions/Rules:

  • Issues reported here appear on the Lab Notebook pages, filtered by Lab, and on the All Reported Software Issues page which will serve as an archive of all software issues.

  • Fields marked with an * are required.

  • Once an issue has been resolved, go to your lab notebook page or the All Reported Software Issues page, change its Status to "Verified & Closed".  The issue will be moved to the "Completed Issues" section of the ALL reported Issues Page.  All issues are archived in that page.

  • To revert a issue back to the lab notebook page, change the status back from "Verified and Closed".

  • Do not use this form for requesting enhancements or additional features.
